The pipeline stores the official export URL, retrieval time and SHA-256 hash. The normalized series contains Lithuania and the Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda city municipalities. No €/m² prices are inferred. Earlier unreproducible 2026-Q1 district claims were retracted.
